Through its wholesale division, Hai-O is able to garner a major part of its revenue where Hai-O now sources products from countries like Korea, Taiwan, China, England and France. Through this network, Hai-O is able to market its products at its retail stores.

Meanwhile, the MLM business was started in 1992 to further expand its business to offer more personalized services that promise an alternative income for its members.
